Well, what I thought was just needing a coolant system flush at 45k miles; turns into a cracked block on passenger side by motor mount on 2020 Limited. Don’t offroad, religiously serviced, and well taken care of. this is covered under powertrain warranty. Techs at Dealership stated can’t gaurantee but this is a casting issue therefore…

Meso spare fuse holder. Aluminum gas cap holder. Genuine Toyota bed lights. Bed molle racks. Ammo case storage under hood. In-bed spare tire. Automatic underhood lights. Gooey glurp on frame.
Please keep the forum updated. Also, if you can get a good picture of the crack & location, it would be informative.

i appreciate the information but i am not following why you thought you needed a coolant flush. did you get a code or light, was the truck over-heating or running rough? can you elaborate please? how did you go from thinking you needed a coolant flush to discovering a cracked block? tia.

Temp gauge rose quicker than norm. When it went past 1/2 way, I just pulled over. Check engine light did come on solid, not flashing. They found the crack after removing motor mount. They showed me but did not get a pic. I did note that they had pressure gauge attached to radiator.
