Iit sucks that the previous organizers got threatened with charges, and it sucks that we've seen people as such at our own events, sometimes a line must be drawn and we need to make it known. much like the trail, if it's abused - we can loose the privilege of being able to hangout as a large group. it paints a bad picture of us as a non-profit organization.

yup. Just can’t be hostile towards others. We aren’t the police. All we can do is educate and spread the word. Some don’t know what they don’t know and obviously some people don’t care (we see this every year in Ardbeg with all the garbage people leave)

It is looking like it will be a big crowd so we have to do as much as possible to keep it family friendly and boring. However, as @tacoma16 mentioned, all we can do is raise awareness and politely educate.
We have no authority over who can be there or what they can or can't do, so escalating things would just cause more conflict. What we can and WILL do is ask such people to please keep it down or please leave.
