    It's very much in the center, left only. Area gets very hot.

    I sanded it now, multiple seasonings, etc. We will see.

    I did some smash burgers on the BlackStone last night. Came out really good, love the caramelized crust on them. Didn't get any pics (temp has gotten colder here so all I thought about was getting back in the house lol).

    Think I may do some fried rice or possibly full on hibachi before it gets too cold out and the snow hits.

    Wife has already requested I do bacon and pancakes on it for Christmas breakfast.

    Question, I have the 2 burner 28" Blackstone. It's just not tall enough for me and I'm hunched over while cooking (I'm only 5'11") which is not enjoyable. Anyone know of any extensions for the legs to raise this thing up at least another 2"-4"?

    I've seen some people say use bed risers and stuff but I don't want to be picking this thing up it's not light and I need to wheel it around since it gets stored in my garage when not in use.
