Billy's stuff is great quality and looks great too, I was really happy with the bumpers I had on my truck. If I end up with anything I want to put bumpers on again in the future I will definitely see if he has anything to offer for it. The waiting was rough but well worth it.

No qualms on quality, with the bracing on my HC I'm pretty sure it could take a real hard hit and just shrug it off. His wait times tend to be longer than stated, and communication is non existent, but much better looks than anything else imo, and cheaper

I had no idea how expensive those are when I found an orange set last year wheeling in the snow. Leaned them up against a tree incase the person who left them came back for them.

That sucks, someone probably buried them in the snow and couldn't find them (been there). Good on you for leaving them for the original owner, but I can almost guarantee someone else snagged them.

I imagined someone else grabbed them too. You are probably right, they couldn’t find them. I Figured it might had been a solo that used them to get unstuck and didn’t want to stop and risk getting stuck again. I ended up going about a hundred yards past them until I got to a point comfortable enough to stop, then walked back for them. Both of us had more balls than brains on that excursion.

My knockoffs came with leashes, the maxtrax don’t? So you can tie them to each other or something nearby I assume.

Yeah, the Maxtrax come with nylon teathers...

I just wasn't smart enough to use them. Luckily, I had a shovel and was willing to excavate down to mine. It's shocking how burried they get. Especially when multiple vehicles run them over.

I was thinking tying some long 550 cord to them, I have a knock off set and they didn’t come with a leash. I have a fear of losing things, I guess working in aviation that’s a good trait to have…although it seems somewhat unhealthy outside of aviation haha

The Maxtrax leashes are not expensive, but shipping might kill that.
