Great to hear! Just curious what made you want to trade from the 22 to 24?

    I’ve been considering a 2020 to 25 Tacoma or 4Runner for a few reasons.

So my 2022 was a 6 speed manual and honestly the honeymoon was over. Even though it gets praised around here I found it to be clunky, irregular, etc. After a trip down into Fredrick County MD last week and going through a couple mountains and towns I was over it. Younger had a couple in stock and somehow this one was on the lot for a little bit so I was able to snag it for a little bit off TSRP.

I suggest you don't test drive one till you're ready, you will come home with it  Yes, buying the first year of a all new re-design is not smart, but I'm gonna roll with it. I am having issues with the wireless Android Auto, but I'm not sure if it's the truck or my phone. I'll have to wait for a software update.

    Good to hear!

lol, I took the plunge with a new year and new model with my wife’s Grand Highlander. I’m hoping that Everest will be a color option for the Tacoma in 25. I’m not ready to buy so
I’ll hold off on the test drive like you said

It is annoying that nothing from my 20 will work on the 4th gen but of course that’s just what has to happen.

I bought my first gen 3.5 years ago. Passed the inspection with flying colors. Never had to do the emissions testing. Aged out. :D

Do you have historic plates for it too? Or is that too much hassle since it’s not supposed to be driven much with those plates and only for specific reasons

Happy Monday, yall. Sorry I was absent this weekend, I was having fun with little reception. Camped out, cooked some hotdogs over the campfire, got a little creative and made pizza pockets, stromboli I guess you could say, with those campfire pie makers. Oh yeah, and I made the fabled Manifold Burritos. Passed a few out and they were met with acclaim. Here's photos, and a video:20240420_171757.jpg 20240420_144150.jpg 20240420_112509.jpg 20240420_111646.jpg 20240420_195313.jpg

Located that annoying squeak, left front body mount bushing. Seems to be an issue on older Tacomas. Parts on order

I think their jeep event to kick it off is a few weeks away. I was rudely told it was a jeep only event

They were not actually, rude besides pointing out it was for jeeps lol

i don’t think this place is like AOAA though. I think it’s only special events and not daily open trails
