Yeah don't have plants lol

 

Can't even have plastic plants in my house unless they are out of reach.

 

I took my 7 year old to the vet yesterday cause she was having trouble breathing and wasn't eating. Turns out cats get allergies! I had no idea!

They gave her a steriod shot. She ate today and seems to be breathing a little easier.

I haven't heard from anyone here, but I did finally get a message back from one of the shelters that I emailed. I'll be dropping off the meds this week.

 

Vet I use gave me some liquid that I have to give the cats when their allergies act up. Usually when things start blooming and they start sneezing.

 

I kinda think it might be from coming into my woodshop this year and all the dust and stuff in there. She just started coming out there in the last couple months.

 

Mine are all inside kitties, they’re not allowed outside for anything.

 

Yup, same here, all inside kitties and they are not allowed in the basement wood shop either.

 

Try a humidifier

 

Wouldn't make any difference at our house, we have screens in the doors and windows. In terms of air, what's outside is inside.

I do kind of wonder about our ancient Mr. Gray though -- he's been off his game lately, maybe he isn't dealing as well with the season as he did when he was younger. Thanks to some comments here we've added brothy packets to his diet, which has helped.

yeah, she's been fixed. i'm thinking she's been around for about 10 years now -- started having some bad problems trying to eat (canned food). sounds like a good many teeth will be coming out, but not the canines (i think those are the front ones).

 

The great huntress Sabine. She watched about 10 minutes of this special about Raptors. Never moved the whole time. Then later, to stalk the lizards.

 

she made it through the dental work yesterday and they said she even ate a little food.

 

That's good. I can tell that look, it's stressed. She'll be better in a couple of days. She is a pretty tortie.
