not OP but I have the NYTOP rear recovery points. I can confirm you only need to purchase "quantity of 1" as they're sold in pairs. I also love them!

 

Ordered these from AJT designs, turned out good looking...

 

Washed it Saturday, watched it rain all day Sunday. Applied Griot's Black Satin to the tires today.

Would 303 Aerospace be good on the factory (?) folding bed cover?

Mine is a 2022 certified preowned, so I'm not sure what is factory, and what has been used on it in the past.

 

Looks great. Can’t do mine right now. 1/8 inch of green and yellow pollen on everything till maybe middle of May.

 

What winch is that? How are you running power to it? TIA!

“2WD-4WD Mode Change Failure” error message.

The “tap tap tapping” of transfer actuator black box did not fix the issue.
Had to take it to the dealer who had smarter tools than me, it turned out that I had critters chomped a chunk out of some wires.

“P17AC Transfer Shift Motor Limit Switch Circuit” was the error from dealer’s sensor report.


Wires chewed by rodents…

Extended warranty does not cover hungy rodent toofus damage, let’s see if we can get some money back from insurance comprehensive coverage

 

New tires. I had enough tread for 5k-10k on my old tires. I don’t know why I bought new tires lol

 

I got it for pulling (actually reversing) my Hike 100 trailer. Works like a charm!

 

Leaf springs showed up too. I'm going to have a fun weekend!

Scan gauge 3 showed up today. It will definitely be inconvenient to mount compared to a 2 but damn that screen is nice.

 

Started noticing a squeaking sound over bumps, particularly pothole filled roads. I discovered that my windshield washer fluid reservoir was making this noise whenever I tried to wiggle it, for some reason. Nothing a little WD-40 couldn't solve. Hopefully that was the source though.

 

Nothing I did today...but some goofball decided to do this for me.

Oh and remember when I said: "if I had to do it again (apply the tailgate decal) I probably wouldnt?"

I guess we'll see.

 

Installed the rocky thingys...the instructions need some work. They need better photos. They need less jokey crap and more facts and guidance. And the YouTube videos can suck a$$. I'm busy wrenching. I don't want the phone involved.
There is quite a bit of loosening and adjusting to be done. The 23' has a weird module, on the driver's side, where one of the mounting bolts goes through. No biggy. I'll source a shorter bolt and make it right.
For the price and fitment, I am still a fan.
The scariest part are the hard brake lines that run and rub horrifically on the mounting hardware. Terrifying
Some rubber and plastic and tape and stuff will fix it.
Gonna address that manyana. I'm tired. Master Bathroom remodel, new boss, blah blah blah. I wish I had time to do a proper write up for the folks at Body Armor. Instructions are dated and lazy.
Wrenching makes me happy.
