I'll keep an eye out for your update. I'd really like to get out there at least once before it's too hot and this seems like the last chance.

I'm new to SoCal and looking for more offroading/camping spots that aren't 3 hours away. Big Bear is my go-to. This looks like a great spot too, might have to check it out up there!

Point taken... I can survive but I wouldn't want the pups to suffer
I'll let you know when I plan to go to the San Jacinto area...

That's a great spot. You're going to have a hard time beating Big Bear for the variety and amount of trails it has in such a small area though. Anything similar is going to be a decent trek unless you like the desert

Not off roading but we should go camping lake Hemet. Get a few adjacent campsites and fish and drink!

Do them at my house and you can pay me for the mod days, lol.
I like meets but I never leave my compound so that's a bit problematic, haha..

Are you down for OW this weekend? I've still got to post up the campsite but it will be near the Blu Inn on the South side of the road, I'll get on my phone later so I can post the exact location.
Ill be bringing my CanAm X3 TurboR out and giving free rides, thing is nucking futs with 2 feet of travel 4wd and 175hp!

Well I’m out of the picture. Truck is parked for driveline issues. Can’t get above 40mph without the truck wanting to yeet all my fillings out.

This hits way too close to home haha. Sometimes I wonder why I took the most reliable pickup platform and turned it into a temperamental shitbox. All because I want the wheels to go up and down a little more :cookiemonster:

Well I think we’ll just end up going to my normal spot so it’s probably best I don’t tell the whole world about it..
I’ll just drop the is text and we can go from there.

And yes that’s me about my damn truck, since I’ve got to pull the entire driveline again after gettting everything buttoned up after finding that leaking rear Motherfuckin rear main seal. Sonuva!! And it was brand god damn new as was the seal plate gasket plus I have the special alignment tools to assemble it perfect and still got Skerooooed! No idea why it’s leaking because it shouldn’t…however something seems to be causing a vibration so I better check the crank and make sure it’s not bent causing it, that would be horrifying….
Anyway just wanted to get that out of my system, lol.

I feel ya, not trying to go up and down more but just trying to squeeze 800 horsies from my setup…
It worked fine when it didn’t have a big ass turbo hanging from it, the rabbit hole goes deeeeep!
