I was talk about the fact it's shorter , I don't think all the trims are the same width . Where do you live ? I'd move if something affected what I could drive like that lol

Most people daily a beater and have a nicer ride for special occasions (a concept I never understood). What is you non-daily ride?

^The 5th gen 4Runner is my beater, 14 years old with 150k miles on it. I spent less money buying it used than I have spent on Tacoma mods.

Shorter doesn't help if the roads are narrow. The mirrors are the same width on all the models only the fenders are wider. When you park in a tight space, your door is going to be just as close to the wall/other car regardless of the model.

^Yep. The Car Car Nut's interview with Toyota's deputy chief engineer mentioned it. I'm guessing it's to compensate for the OR hybrid's 33" tires. The OR hybrid has the same size tires as the Pro and Trailhunter, 265/70-18. Not sure if 17" wheels would actually fit.
    _______________________

You guys checked the curb weight on the various trims? The hybrid components add 400lb. The Trailhunter equipment (steel bumper, skids, prerunner bed bar, air compressor) add another 330lb.

The Trailhunter's curb weight is close to my truck's fully loaded expo weight with armor, 35" tires, full camping gear and tools, myself, and a full tank of fuel...

No options for the TH or Pro (other than mudguards). Would have liked to have the air compressor on the Pro. Integrated bed scene lighting was supposed to be an option too, but n/a.

Not including packages, how many models of the Tacoma are there? 10?

Non-hybrid: SR, SR5, TRD Sport, TRD OR, Limited
Hybrid: TRD Sport, TRD OR, Limited, TH, PRO

Regardless of what was done in the past, a high number of trims is still a high number of trims.

Sad that Toyota's greed is making me look forward to Honda's next Ridgeline "truck" reveal. Honda doesn't play as many games with models and packages.

With those numbers I’d sooner put a second Tesla in my garage.

I saw my first Cybertruck today driving south from Moab towards Mexican Hat. It was crossing the vast EV desert of the Navajo Nation doing 85 mph without worry of paying $5/gal. The day prior I paid over $600 in fuel.

Currently, the only iForce-Max with a LB option is the Trailhunter. Is this expected to change? If not, deal killer for me.

I’d go for the patina look or wash by hand. Not everyone is going for a loud flat metallic green covered in car wash swirls.

If you're considering the Ridgeline, then you're in the wrong place.
