    Brand new.

    No they won’t rub

I’m running that size but I have the AT2. And I have no rubbing. it all depends do you want your tires to sound like a truck driving down the road or a tank?

The filming locations are pretty neat too. Solvang, CA and surrounding area's.

I had some thoughts about a dorkel the other day. The replacement part on Amazon is pretty cheap. It made me
Want to move the intake from out of the wheel well.
I don’t know that I would use the cowl for my intake though. I’ve seen some downpours lately, I think that airbox would be filled with water.

I’ve been to Solvang. It’s a beautiful town. Don’t mess with ostrich, they are way bigger up close.

Not my drawing, but there’s a whole thread on here explaining how you’d have to be submerged over the hood for water to enter the airbox from this location

Thank guys.... I'm hoping I can "build up" a thicker coat but I'm not sure that this stuff works that way..... The mequires ceramic wax and TW ceramic wax though good did not last very long especially on the sides.... so it's good that this stuff does according to multiple reports....

Finally got around to installing the new intake…fumbled around with the MAF wire clips just long enough to get rained on…

Is the TRD airbox physically bigger than the OEM?

Same size. It retains the lower airbox, just the upper and hose that are different

I actually bought new button-head bolts to replace the flange bolts. It seems like the flange bolts won't be very "slidey" compared to a button head. I also bought shorter bolts for the rubbing areas. I tried a tubing bender but, it would not fit up in the space to bend the brake lines. I'll figure it out. Maybe some teflon tube shielding or something...gotta' measure the diameter of the lines and hit McMaster Carr.

Modified these to work with the rocky slidey bar thingys. Added Ti hardware to them for undercarriage race car weight savings.

I have a question, it might be a dumb question but I am going to ask anyway. I took my truck in to the dealership to get my squeaky clutch fixed (covered under my warranty) and they put me in a 2023 SR while mine gets fixed.
Now to the question, would the air controller unit be swappable between 2016-2019 with the 2020-2023?

I only ask about the SR because I have a manual and don't need the push start button hole. I like the look of the "newer" style way better and the fact it has dual climate control, but I also figure that is why this might not be able to be done..

Initial testing shows I should get around 3.5 days of run time without supplementing it with solar or charging during travel.

The one on the bottom is dual zone option, not a model year change. My 2019 has dual zone.
As far as I’ve read you wouldn’t be able to just install the climate panel and have it work

I got a sticker and some cool valve stem caps...
This has been a few days coming. Monday I leveled out my Tacoma with Bilstein 5100's. I did the 3rd notch for 1.1" in the front. I also did the Headstrong 1/2" shim on the rear driverside leaf for the taco lean.

Today I got Falken Rubitrek AT 265/75r16 installed, along with an alignment. I was dead set on the Wildpeak at4w's but I found a smoking deal in the Rubitreks. The at4w was $214 and the Rubitreks $161 each. Very happy with the decision.
