    I have some aftermarket wheels from my previous truck that are dual drilled and can fit my Tacoma. However, the studs aren’t long enough. Is there a way I can get longer studs or am I just out of luck? Also if there are longer studs, has anybody used a 14x2 (Ford lug studs) and it worked out?

    A simple fix may be to use an E/T lug nut. Extended Thread lug nuts are used for many aftermarket wheel applications.
