You kids have no concept!
In the 80s and even the 90s, at work I always had a fridge full of beer. It was normal to have a couple drinks at lunch. Not weak sauce like old fashioneds, but Manhattans or martinis. Sobriety at work was a quaint concept. Hell, my first job out of high school stocking shelves, morning break, everyone got high, lunch was a burger and a few beers at the Blarney Stone on the beltline, then more joints for afternoon break. That was just daytime stuff….

 

That sounds pretty rad, why did you stop being cool?

 

People eat breakfast for dinner all the time. I don’t see what’s wrong with having dinner for breakfast (I do it plenty)

The country stopped being cool. I was one of the last holdouts.

I had one of those on my turtleback. It definitely didn’t have issues getting hot.

I was only able to use it a couple times before that trailer turned into a disaster and ended up going back to the company.

In the 70's we would go outside between classes have a smoke & a couple one hitters then be ready for the next class, lunch was a beline to the corner store for a 6pk.

By the 80's I was working to support buying weed & beer!

In the 90's we would smoke doobs between deliverys, then stop & get a 6pk for the ride home.

 

The whole country stopped being cool, all at once, collectively? Those lunchtime doobs and drinks must have been really strong for that version of reality to happen!

Back in my day, I'd drink a liter of vodka for breakfast, and do an 8 ball at lunch. Queludes at break time, and a joint every hour at my desk. Then, we'd freebase in the afternoon and smoke Crack at meetings.

People are fucking pussies now, I swear.

 

It all went downhill when they started letting people who didn't own land vote. This country is a pathetic shadow of what it used to be.

My camp buddy...he'd walk by every time I was at the site.

Had coyotes around the campgrounds Mon night. Probably 3 of them chatting back and forth.
