I love the diversity of the “other vehicles” from my POS van to high dollar exotics. It shows Tacomas are cool vehicles that suck people in who can barely afford to lease one, all the way to people who can buy a new one with every paycheck.

Or people who can pay cash outright, or like me drop $24k down and have a reasonable payment for a few years.
I'll pay my 2021 off in another month or two.

Nice work! I plan to pay mine off by the 3-year mark. So far so good.

The cars and trucks people drive are no indication of wealth or ability to pay. Some folks make payments because they have to, some make payments because they choose to. Leasing or buying, something out there for everybody. I know some folks that have huge ranches with lots of assets that drive junkers because they’re fun to drive. What’s funny, they also have quads, tractors, and other vehicles parked in their huge shops.

Correct. My thoughts are the best time to buy a new vehicle is when you don't need one. You can shop and look and watch
and wait and snoop and figure out the best value that meets your needs. I never buy used. I buy my cars brand new and take
good care of them and drive them for 10 years or more.

I suspect my tacoma will take me to the grave - the son will inherit a nice ride.... and he is hoping for an early demise.

Rav4 Prime. Love it, Taco is mostly a driveway queen at this point. Cheap to run (about 5c/mile, give or take, while the battery lasts), lots of POWAH and it's all down low, and still can handle all the snowy roads and ski runs just fine, while being a little lower when carving away at dry pavement. Even on gas it's double the MPGs of the taco. Can't carry as much, of course.

Lotus Exige... I have a picture of it with the 2015 TRD PRO, not one with the 2020 TRD Pro, and not with the 2023 TRD Pro yet... Oh, and there's a RAV4 XSE hybrid here too...

EDIT: Clarification, the 15 and 20 TRD Pro's have been sold. I was just shocked that I don't have pictures of all 3 trucks with the Lotus.
