    Not only do I have to consider GF when cooking for us. I now have to scratch scallops, peanuts and F-ING eggs off the menu. I'm officially apart of the food allergy cool kid club....

    I’ve been allergic to eggs all my life. Celiac about the last 10 or so. The Big deal with eggs was penicillin. Many use egg cultures so that’s definitely out. Make sure you remind then on Dr.‘S visits. Around the kitchen you’ll do just fine.

    Much appreciated. Here's the kicker and stupidest part. I'm only allergic to eggs whites lol. Go figure...

    I was having painful abdomen issues before I found out peanuts and egg whites were the culprit. Those two were heavily in my diet.

    It honestly hasn't been that big of a deal, I find work arounds for eggs when baking. I just really miss pork green chili poured over some cheesey scrambled eggs. Sad...

    I haven’t tried that one yet. I usually go with the premade crust because I have yet to find a GF mix that rolls nicely.

    it is pretty tasty. one of my favorite alternatives to the regular lettuce/carrot/tomato salad variety
    plus just wanted you guys to know that i do eat more than the pasta, cakes and cookies i post in here all the time :laugh:

    Not sure what’s up with the universe today but earlier I parked my camper on my truck perfectly on the first try (usually takes 2 or 3 attempts) and just now I rolled out an almost perfect circle of pizza dough. It’s so pretty! My pizzas are always more amoeba-ish looking
