What are you streaming on Amazon, Netflix, etc?

Wife wanted to watch fallout without knowing anything about the video games. She sort of liked it, but kept asking me questions, I hated it, but Walton Goggins is pretty damn awesome.

 

Hell yeah. One of these days I'll give The Shield another rewatch

Ace in the Hole (1951), aka The Big Carnival. PlutoTV - with lots of commercials but no apparent cuts in the film. An earlier good Kirk Douglas fllm. Preserved in US National File Registry.

 

Started The Sympathizer - I thought it was serious at first, it is, but comedy - so far pulling it off surprisingly so. Holy cripes, that IS Downey Jr!

Mr. Bates and The Post Office - amazing factual true story from the UK. Damn!

 

Watched CROOKS on a recent flight and finished it last night. Terrible dubbing voice inflections but the story kept moving. Its a German series.

 

White Heat (1949). On Max. Stars James Cagney. In the US National Film Registry. I thought I would like it, but I didn't.

 

I started watching Part 2, but for some reason was so much difficult for me to watch….
I rather enjoyed part 1…

But I watched (again) Netflix “Life on our Planet”, Morgan Freeman narration.
It brings things into perspective for me and lets me zone out for a bit from the mortal coil….

 

EXACTLY what happened to me. Keep going. It's still not great, but kinda fun. The fest before battle is so silly. It's a stupid thing, but fun. I guess. Keep going!

 

The Killing Fields. Haven't seen this one for decades. Held my attention better than a lot of new movies have been.

 

I saw The Killing Fields when it came out. I was in my early 20's. Shocked me to the core. Seriously.
