Best budget lift for 3rd Gen TRD Off Road

I want to do a 2.5 to 3 inch lift on my Tacoma, and I was wondering, what's the best budget kit (for lift and level in the back), that wont be a downgrade in performance from the stock Bilstein, but also wont cost a lot.

For context, I don't really know anything about suspension brands, all I know is Bilstein, fox, and king are supposedly good, so I'm looking for something that will be as reliable and "quality" as the Bilstein I have know, for as cheap as possible.

If I sound like I don't know shit about trucks, and truck stuff, it's because I don't know shit about trucks and truck stuff lol

 

Are you wanting to level the truck?
Or full lift and keep a rake?

At 2.5+" you'll likely end up needing to do the ECGS bushing in the front diff at some point.
