Are the rear drums adjusted properly? Are you losing fluid when you hit the pedal?

No leaks of any kind I'm thinking it might be the brake booster

    4 run, 2 don't
Some people ignore bleeding the lspv only to realize later it had air.

Just checking lol, I've had several come into the shop with the bleeders on the bottom.

If you have verified there's no air in anything you may have an ABS module failing.
You have the vacuum booster and not the hydraulic booster correct?

Yeah it's a vacuum booster when I got the truck I replaced all the brakes front and rear and had a soft pedal then

But when I push the brake pedal in the truck I hear air like sound

Did you bench bleed the Master before you installed it?
Booster won't matter as far as no brake pedal goes.

Do you have the star adjusters on the back drums adjusted out to where the shoes are just dragging in the drums a little? If not, you're displacing a lot of fluid when you push the brakes.
If you keep pumping, does the pedal eventually pump up and have some resistance?

You have air in the lines or a line leaking somewhere.

Jack of up the truck and take the wheels off.

Have someone slowly and gently pump the brakes, look for leaks at the brake line attachment points, the parts where they bolt to the frame, etc.

If you have a manual transmission make sure you don't have any leaks there.

I'm willing to bet you still have aire in the lines...it can take you a lot more pumps than you realize to get all the air out of the system.

Even with air in the line you should be able to pump enough times to eventually get some resistance.
