I had a real senior moment today, hopped on my lawnmower, hit the key and nothing. Go grab the meter and see 12.5V at the battery, however the mower was spitting out a dead battery code. Took the battery out and put it on the charger along with removing the starter solenoid only to notice the freaking handbrake was not on!!!!!

 

Wait until it is the PTO that some how got turn on.........

Lol. I once started to cut the grass and after 1 lap thought dang grass really doesn't need cut , nothing coming out the deck , then it hit me the PTO wasn't engaged!

 

Or you forget to lower the deck down........

Anybody remember the mental case of a woman who wandered around @Gwyns04 and @Stitchgirl90 's neighborhood asking for money and/or rides from people? Well, she was finally relocated after a good number of people in the neighborhood complained about her behavior!



Even if I became close friends with her, I would never let her in my truck because she is known to piss herself. I believe that the last time I saw her, she happened to be walking past Gwyn's house while I disassembling an air-conditioner in the front yard, and hit me up for money; I told her that I had no money and she walked off. That was in February or March...

Apparently, she has become aggressive when residents of the neighborhood refuse to give her money, and the township has advised people to call the cops anytime she bothers them.

She supposedly got a food allowance from the organization that wa renting the house for her, but she is supposedly not allowed to use it for tobacco and certainly not for any type of drug. She allegedly wants to buy THC vapes, but whomever manages her won't let her do that, or it's just flat out against the rules.

I don't know where the hell this woman lived prior to living in my girlfriend's neighborhood, but my guess would be that they pulled her off streets in or near Philly.

I am not wild about the idea of section 8 housing or a makeshift group home being established in a residential neighborhood, but if the residents do their own thing, I don't have a problem. If they make a nuisance of themselves like this woman clearly did, something needs to be done!

 

Was talking to my property manager about the section 8 portion of our complex. I… err, no comment

 

That's just it, it's her behaviour that's the worst. IDGAF if you're on Section 8 or a wealthy mofo, that stuff is going to piss me off.

 

I joined Facebook group called "Underappreciated Survivors (1973-2005)" a few years ago, and had a brief stint as an admin in that group, but I had numerous disagreements with the group's founder and stepped down; I am still a member, and one of my favorite pastimes is to seek out "underappreciated survivors" in parking lots, like his 1999 Mercury Sable LS...
