Yours looks great! I just cant bring myself to cut that part of the grill. I have some extension brackets i still
need to put on to push the lights forward a few inches, but i've been pretty happy with the light output even with them being so far behind the grill.

Mine are on a three way switch so I have them on as aux high beams (fantastic night time highway driving), off when the high beams are on (good in more urban area when you can use your high beams), or on independently (off road at night with my fogs lighting up the road edges).
