Do trucks make sense economically anymore?

Good question, my wife's 2014 Rav4 has one. Not sure when they were required off the top of my skull.

The one vehicle I bought new turned out to be a piece of shit as well.

 

For the majority of people who buy trucks, trucks have never made economic sense.

 

Not necessarily, they sold TRD's, I just purchased mine with extras.

 

I do lots of truck stuff with my 2nd Gen. I may be IT at work but it can haul servers and printers like nobodies business. Even pulled out a golf cart from a pond at work after someone forgot to put the brake on. Always looking to put my winch to work.

 

Driving a full size+ daily is a chore. I love how easy zooming around in a midsize truck is

It is if you live at an urban area. After managing to park several 1/2 ton trucks at cities, parking a Tacoma is a piece of cake

 

Even in my truck-centric home town in rural az, I’d take a taco over a half ton any day

 

We can also park at some real small spaces too
