Another upgrade checked off (this one was a good 2-3 yrs in the cabinet)

These look great. Was just planning on buying oem or vinyl wrap mine. Are these texture or just flat matte black?

 

So after I bought my truck used (only had 22,000 miles on it). I realized the shitty dealership that I got it from got me good. It had been hit in the rear and they did enough cover up work for me not to notice it for a few months.



I ended finding another one on marketplace at a good price.



Got it installed today, happier with it, but those stupid plastic clips break too easy. It's not flush on the passenger side (same as before lol), but all the metal is straight now.


I also put my Peddle Commander in after I got it back from the better dealer near me to have my new clutch put in. No more squeaky clutch.

in spanish, the slang name for the push bar/front bumper is called "Tumba Burros" which literally translates to " Donkey Thrower/Knocker " or like knocking down a donkey

 

I put my rtt on one day and went to go back and check all the hardware, could not find my ratchet. 45 minutes later, using another ratchet, I finally found it. On top of the tent.

my next upgrade will be to order the OEM hood scoop parts and get it painted/installed at a local shop.
it'll cost me around $1450 dollars.

 

Someone stole my hitch cover/plug a couple weeks ago; had one w/ an American flag. As long as they use it I won't be too upset and will spend another $12 when I get around to it to replace.

 

I had a trailer ball hitch stolen in a Home Depot parking lot once. Got a lock after that.

 

I hate to tell you this but the Bilstein 5160s only carry a 90 day warranty. They say because they are remote reservoirs they expect people to use them more off road so they don’t provide the limited lifetime warranty like they do for the 6112s and 5100s.
