Upon further reading, I agree about the diff drop, not getting it. Thanks @Brownmatthall

I have one but my truck had one when I bought it and I put it back in after the regear as well. All they really do is roll the diff forward so I normally don't recommend them to be bought.

My SOS skid was made to clear with or without the diff drop so no spacers needed for me on mounting hardware

Cutting is but I'm a paranoid SOB. Reached out to a buddy and he's probably swapping them later this week

Always the hardest thing to do  4 hours of rolling around under the truck getting covered in fluid film (thanks Jason!) and rust and dirt, easier than stomaching the bill :p

    Do you have airbags...?

...This is what the airbags are for :D

PS the spring color right NOW doesn't catch your eye. They're black, in a dark wheel well, with black fender liners, and black fluid film/gunk in there. A bright green one might catch your eye. In my opinion, not worth painting them either way, but just another food for thought.

Yes - FakeRoss has a compressor, and I think Jared does too. More than likely you'll get conned into coming to a mod day and we'll do the whole shebang in one, so probably volun-told-ing Jared. If I'm available I'll come 100%.

Anyone have a TPMS tool? Sensors in my new wheels/tires aren't registering so the light is on. Minor bother, but still a bother.

I have a tool to put them into the truck but only if we know the codes on then. Assuming I can get it to work lol

The money isn’t as scary with this setup, the 8100 stuff from Bilstein was going to be out on hold if I went that route. I just want to make sure I am getting the right stuff.

I liked the green, but my color expert stated how that the green coils will take away from the Lunar color and make it seem more grey. I see it as my hulk parts.

And I don’t believe I have airbags, unless the cane factory or someone snuck them in on me.

As for Mod day, I’ll never acknowledge I said this, But Jared is the the one who nudged me in this direction as I was all about getting armor for now.

I’ll order tonight, and hopes near the end of the month we can install.

I know you've been out there a time or two, and know this, but I'd want to have an IFS added before going out there. You already have sliders, right? I can find a bare steel IFS for 350-400ish, probably can find one on FBM or otherwise for way less, even if it isn't the one you want forever, to have SOMETHING before going out there would be good.

Let me know your route, I can see what might overlap places I know from my trip out there a couple years ago.

@Roody This year is pretty shit-tastic for being open on weekends/mod days, let me know if you're ever around Providence or I'll keep an eye out for mod days/trips. It's super easy to use the Autel so we can take 2 minutes to do it whenever.

What are you doing the weekend of June 8/9 :spy:

to add to this, regional Facebook groups for tacomas has gotten me a lot of pretty good deals.

seems like my BIL seems to benefit from them but regardless, keep an eye out on local 4R chatter. Might be able to scoop something on the cheap. Like I got him an RCI steel ifs skid for $100.

What's 8/9? As of now I'm free, TBD based on family plans and the hopeful CO wheeling trip.

Don't think I've ever spent a night in Providence, come to think of it

 You can see all of Providence if you take a wrong turn trying to find the mall/dunk when you're going to a show.

We have a trip to VT that weekend in June.

I have a Chinese bootleg techstream dongle that works on my ‘13. I’d need to know the codes you want to put in.
