think of this scenarios:
scenario A: you have $50,000. You buy an asset the depreciates in value over time, 20% in 1-2 years.

scenario B: you have $50,000. You buy an asset that appreciates in value overtime, 4% per year.

let's take scenario A: you buy the vehicle, u owe nothing, done. in 2 years u'll lose 20% of ur $50k.


let's take scenario b: you buy a condo/house/real estate property. you open an LLC/SCorp, you rent it out. Let us say $100 per day and u list it on $ABNB. Let's say you were only able to rent it 10 days a month. That's $1000 a month, you pay the monthly vehicle loan with the $1000. You also register the vehicle under that LLC. Everytime u use ur vehicle mileage and gas you can claim that as tax deductible. This is happening while your $50,000 is gaining in value as time goes on. Your $50,000 in 2 years is $60,000 while that property is paying for the truck.
