What she doesn’t tell us is that she hikes with that ban hammer hanging off her belt. Lady Thor is on the move!

Im going to see an Eagles cover band at a larger venue later in the summer. Hopefully it’ll be a good show. Only way to get “reasonable” ticket prices these days - via a cover band. Lower Orchestra center, second row in front of the mixing board. Best spot in the house. With preferred parking, 2 tickets were 75 a piece. I could never afford to see the real thing! Nor could I bring myself to spend what they’d want for tickets.

Stevie Nicks tickets went on sale. The same seat section was 660 each plus fees! To Rick for my blood. I remember 15 concert tickets at the New Haven Coliseum. Those days are loooong gone and so is the coliseum.

@sdk1968 if she hasn’t seen it already tell your wife to watch a show called Wild Crime. It focuses on crimes investigated by the National Park Service’s CSI team. In the beginning the NPS recruited mainly women to file the investigator roles which I thought was pretty cool.

    Rough day.
One of my part-time paraprofessionals was missing today.
Mid 20s with several little kids.
She was going to be transferred to my classroom full-time next year.
    She passed away.
    We just got the news.
A week or so ago, one of my former students was found floating in the East River.
    22 years old.
We are all lucky to be posting in the 50+. Today was a reminder that not everyone gets to complain about getting old.

My buddy does open mic night at a couple of places. He’s hooked up with a great group of people, they all help each other out, play songs together. We try and make the Friday night set, beer and pizza and some great music.

Yep we watch all of those, plus crime beat & there is a "black Kendra" now with his own show.

    That's why I wasn't gonna say anything.
