    back to bone stock.
this past weekend, i was chasing turkeys. hunting. met up with two friends. one guy had permission to private land all over the county. we decided one truck would make the most sense, and since mine was the only one not loaded to the rafters, it got the nod. we saddled up. i was bumming not to own a 4-door, until i realized i was driving and would be perfectly comfortable. both of my 6-2" friends? not so much. they switched off.

now to the truck. i tiptoed through countless livestock shitted fields..skated really. climbed some nasty washed out trails and cross streams/mud puddles. i was gentle, not to totally mud out my rig. it's climbing ability was amazing.

at the end of the day, with mixed highway driving, city driving, and backwoods driving..with some locked front diff work, i still got 20.6 miles on that tankful.

took some work to scrub livestock shit off the undercarriage..but i got it done. next time we take the guys ford.

    no turkeys died. :(

A little of this and a little of that.
Sounds like your truck worked as advertised, decent mpg and all.

My AC kept getting smaller and smaller as my two kids got older, so it was time for a DC a few years ago. Of course, I just bought one last December.

    Good luck with the turkeys.:infantry:
