Also down to join any of the cleanup groups, I'll just have to be on the road by like 3 or 4 on Saturday afternoon.

I’ll have to let you know sooner, but if I do, you can be in it. Depends on Madison’s work.

Dogs are welcome! I bring mine all the time.

South trail is stock friendly but I am not sure of the current conditions.

We're still meeting at the gravel lot by the switchyard at 1pm and heading north into the campsite on the south trail in case those coming up friday morning want to join!

Is there anyone planning on being there earlier than that?

I never been before just wondering if I’ll need to bring a Jerry can or if you guys think I’ll be good on a full-ish tank I can just fill up somewhere nearby

If you fill up in Perry sound you shouldn’t have any issues.

worst case someone can tow you to the loggers station for fuel.

to give you perspective to what @tacoma16 has said.

I made it to quite literally the end of the road with using a single spare gas can.

    IMG_2320.jpg

If you're not an idiot and fuel up at a gas station before going in (trust me, there are a lot of them) you can take the dual-pack gas can set from Costco out of your shopping cart lol.

basically all of us had stopped in parry sound and topped up without any issues over the last like 4 or 5 years

Only thing that has screwed me is that there was a power outage in Perry sound and their pumps were down. I was still able to run the trails (king city to the trail) and then pump up in Perry sound on the way home.
Worst case we won’t leave you stranded and I’m sure someone will have extra fuel you could use and then top them off later.

Unless you pretend you have a race truck and run half a tank to be lighter on the obstacles, then carry extra fuel in a jerry can to leave at basecamp for the return trip :anonymous:

I'd like to join as well (in the 80 series with couple friends). Cannot make it Friday so planning to be at the camp Saturday by 9am and we can join any cleanup team that is still around at that time.
