Good morning CT. Made up the small wire that will go from the 100A fuse to a relay for the inverter. I also finalized where I'll put the switch for the compressor. I'm making up a panel that will install in front of the shifter in the little cubby. I never use that for anything. I'm also putting a 110V outlet in the panel. I have it marked out. Taking it to work today to make the holes.

 

Minor age related arthritis.
Age related thinning of lumbar discs.

Long story short, nothing to do with the spine, nothing wrong with the discs, so it's a muscle thing.

Suggested core strengthening exercises, maybe start going to a chiropractor for some muscle massage release, and maybe some electrical stimulation to help heal the muscle.

 

I would look into a TENS machine/unit. You can cheap out and buy a chinesium one or spend a few bucks and get a quality one.....this has helped me in the past a great deal.

 

Yeah, definitely gonna have to look into that.

The cost of it should "offset" with the insurance copays and all that jazz for going to a chiropractor I'm sure.

 

Think about getting a foam roller also

Finished cleaning up the wires to the solar panel. @super_white this is the wire runner we talked about.

From far away or at quick glance you'd be hard pressed to notice. It just looks like part of the rear window. I will clean up the wires under the solar panel, trim some zip ties. It's also chilly out so we'll see how the 3m dbl stick tape works.
