Shoot me now…. That’s obscene for April 30.

Prepped last evening for a meeting today with my attorney to map out the next steps to deal with the ROW :spending:

It’s going to be the most focused and efficient hour in my life..

Good morning and Happy Wednesday :hattip:

Tough catching up around here after missing a day or two! Turkey season opened last Thursday, so far it seems the long beards are well henned up and aren't interested in me. Mowing season also opened, so there's that. o_O

Love my zero turn, but I use it like a utv because I really can't make a case for another motorized vehicle, and I'm way too cheap. :) I have my little trailer, but sometimes (like now) it's full of something, and sometimes I just need to lug a couple of smaller things.

Scrounged around yesterday to build me a pickup truck. I've been using this plastic bin to store other plastic bins in for many years. Welded up a frame from the last piece of bedframe from the hoarders house, and had the rest of the odds and ends laying around. Should work for a lot of my needs.

I will preface this with my excuse. :rofl:I have a radio on the window sill right in front of my welding area (plus I'm told I'm slightly hard of hearing. Working away yesterday I hear a small whining noise and see that when I stuck the mig gun in my little holder I shoved it in too far and got the trigger stuck on. :censored: I was just telling my wife how expensive mig wire has gotten.

I don’t want to sound dramatic but this assault on my property is exhausting. Good meeting w my attorney- a face to face is always the best. We’re on the same page as to next steps. Years ago, I remember mentioning TW to my neighbor after he got a 3rd Gen (based on my experience with my 2 Tacomas since 2007) so I probably shouldn’t be going into any more strategy at this point.

Thanks everyone for the support  I’ll keep you posted when I can.

-Now I see why Pz is shifty and vague regarding tactics with the neighbor.

-Bus I do enjoy a nice turnbuckle use come together, good stuff.
