    Hope she's better soon!!

Let me guess it is a pink hoodie?

No bones here that I can prove but had my nose busted several times, does that count?

@Roody you at the Boston auto show by chance? We're at the outdoor expo but the other side is the auto show - didn't know until we walked in

I saw a unicorn on the hwy today on the way back from camp - Early V8 access cab SR5 Tundra. Sumbitch was superwhite too, it would have made a perfect brother for the pig. It wasn't 4x4, but in my dream world if I got my hands on such a beast I'd just convert it.

Haven't a clue I was on the other side at the outdoor expo

Looked like a mediocre at best test drive options, and some decent vehicles on the show floor but didn't spend a lot of time looking.

Keep your fingies and toesies crossed for me, I have a tenuous line on a skidsteer with a backhoe front on it for fewer presidents than the tow-behind from Harbor Freight.

Hazard Fraud has that gas powered chipper for 400 bucks. They were all out two weeks ago when I went to get one - $400 is not a lot of mulch and I figured making my own would pay off longer term.

    Well. For $400....

    20240501_105729.jpg 20240501_105258.jpg 20240501_105724.jpg

8HP B&S, fully welded 1/4" plate everything. Some old guy with about 30 British motorcycles and a couple Carman Ghias older that I am in a barn, picked up a big boy chipper for the PTO on his tractor and wanted this one gone.

I jumped on it like a pack of coyotes on a screaming pork chop.

I wanted to rent one for some brush and small limbs I had that needed to be disposed of. There's a small power equipment rental place near me that I had used for years. The owner told me he gave up renting them because people returned them broken all the time. Not only did they try to stuff limbs that were too big, but they'd put other stuff like rocks into the machines as well.

    Morons.

I can absolutely see that happening. It’s definitely a piece of machinery that’s going to get abused and I’m guessing they’re not cheap for upkeep and repairs. I was seeing prices from 300-400 a day for rentals of the bigger units. I’m sure I wouldn’t need more than 1-2 days if I plan ahead but that’s a lot of money to me to just clean up the property. I have enough acres I should be able to just move all the brush/limbs

As it happened Stoughton would open a town yard for a couple of Saturdays after burning season ended (May 1) and allow residents to bring yard waste there. Public works guys would unload the stuff and toss it into the huge town owned chippers. I think they turned it into mulch that was used in public areas.

It was one of the nice things that the town did.

I'm looking for a new front bumper for my 2012, I snagged it and too much plastic to make it worth salvaging. Id replace it with stock again if someone had a used one available to sell but I don't want to pay $1000 for a new giant piece of cheap plastic. Are there any aftermarket replacements you all would recommend or is anyone selling something different. My truck is silver mica so but for an aftermarket I'd probably prefer black.

    Thanks
