and they are comfortable

 

I bought a pair of the Ball Room jeans, while they were comfortable they were a bit- voluminous for my frame. Had too much sag in the seat and crotch for me.

 

There's a surgery for that. Amirite @Hobbs

 

Speaking of getting dressed up, my wife has a job interview this afternoon. They head hunted her so that means the pressure is on them, not her.

We discussed last night and the two biggest criteria for if she accepts the position or not are 1) she's not moving for less money and 2) because it's so different from what she's doing now, what will the typical day be like.

Now the long wait...

Question(s) for everyone, when do boys become men? What does it mean to be a man?

I know that is deep for here but I want to hear what others think.

 

Hmm when they start making their own money at full time job....paying their own bills. And not asking parents for money.

i remember one time on active duty i was prob 19 and there was a big job on aircraft and about 6 of us were moving some equipment and the ranking guy yells "Come on MEN lets GOOOO!" Kinda dawned on everybody we werent "kids" anymore. While i still had a lot of growing up socially to do, it was kinda neat to be told you were a "man" not just a boy.

Every one is different though...thats my take

 

You hit on something I want to point out, most of us were never told when we became men. That's why I want to hear others thoughts on it.

 

Its different for everyone, but I feel if you have to be told you're a man, you aren't one.

 

That's a good point as well. I don't ever remember being told I was a man. I also can't tell you the day I felt I became one.
