Main reason I haven't moved. My interest rate is like 2.8%. I'm not gonna find that anywhere else right now

 

saaame mine is like 2.5% or something like that and you cant find anything close now so i guess ill stay and do some stuff with this house now.

thats my plan as well is to get a lot of rock and redo some spots..
we want a grill spot down off the deck nothing this fancy but you get the idea. then add a walking path to a fire pit and such. so truck will be used like well a truck lol

 

I need new rock for the driveway and im.gonna put rock down where I have my trailer and also rip out the flower beds and put rock down as well

Weed barrier is also the plan. A portion of my driveway is asphalt so I want take out the old rock layer by layer to see how far it actually goes out of curiosity

 

Salivating at that interest rate. We bought our house 2 years ago at the lowest rate at the time, about 5%. I think we did luck out with this house as it was the best affordable option at the time. We negotiated them to replace the HVAC system and battery operated sump pump, so we saved us some coin.
