Marlin is having swim bladder issues due to having swam to the surface too quickly. Amanda's landlady is presently giving him salt treatments, to which he is responding well...

Been busy with work, haven't been on TW much lately.

Me too. I was 9am to 9:30 pm Saturday finishing up a screened in porch. Which we still didn’t get “finished”. So I guess I know what I’ll be doing again tomorrow his weekend.

 

I've been having issues with fly-by-night HVAC techs who sell used R-22 systems and use images of old A/C units in their listings, so I think they're trying to sell one or two old units. One of them, who didn't seem to speak good English, got annoyed at me and left the conversation when he found out I wasn't looking to pay him for an install...

 

I'm still here too, been busy catching up with stuff but still pop in here and there.

 

Oof lol. I couldn't imaging trying to go through all the trouble of installing a used AC that is at least 14 years old at best. R22 System got axed in 2010.

I get nervous enough about the new one I am taking out of a box to instal lol.

 

The 1.5-ton Payne that I got was from 2011 and had R-22; I believe that dry "components" were legally sold for a couple more years...

 

They were, the gov't quickly shut down that loophole. I forgot about those days.
