Man i really dislike people who decide to be dumbasses and break the law that starts police chases in the first place.

He could've outrun him with rear disc brakes, I think we witnessed a serious lack of rear stopping power and brake fade

incident happened a few weeks ago, however just aired on OP Live last night and the first time I saw it. When i realized it wasn't a live clip, I posted the YouTube video of the incident below my original comment. I thought one could piece together the timelines and i wouldn't need to explain. I'll be more careful about assuming folks are intelligent enough to understand the point of the post. my bad.

One thing you can count on is if it involves the police and a Tacoma and it is more than 2 days old, it has been posted here.

With a magnuson blower, E-rated 35's and long-travel kit front & back he coulda escaped. If he remembered to turn off the hazard lights!

Amazing that no bystanders or even pets were injured during this chase.

Cop was remarkably composed and in-control throughout. Privately he was like "oh HELL YEAH, my 5,000 hours spent playing GTA in my youth is paying off bigtime"

I was up late last night and saw this title/watched P1 and started P2...I really do like Marcus Allan but this puts some negative light on him.

As for OJ...that guy had some serious problems. (That's an understatement)

One day I was in my Ford Mustang at a light waiting at a light so I could get on the freeway. A little ricer with a loud muffler thought he was fast so he was revving his engine wanting to race. The light turned green and we went at it. Naturally I left him in my dust. I slow down to the speed limit and after a few miles a highway patrol officer comes up behind me and pulls me over. He told me he saw us hit the freeway, he had to floor it to catch up with the little ricer who was doing 95 mph and I was walking from both of them. He asked what was going on in a way I was able to shape a bs story in response. I could tell he wasn’t sure if he should believe me. He told me if he checks my record and it’s clean he’ll let me go, but if it’s not he’s going to nail me. It paid off that I had a clean driving record. So if you think a Ford can’t hit the speed limit you’re foolishly mistaken. My Tacoma is the slowest accelerating pickup that I’ve drove, including a F150 work truck with the base model naturally aspirated V-6 in it. The only fast Toyota pickup I’ve driven is a 2024 Tundra with the IForce hybrid turbo V-6 in it. That one moved pretty good. My Tacoma is the slowest accelerating vehicle I have. The fastest I have also gets the best gas mileage. The worst mileage I’ve gotten out of a tank of gas with it is 43 mpg, but the smiles per mile are much higher.

What kind of BS story was that? It must've been good for a highway patrol to let you walk away after having done well over 100 mph on his watch.

Was the story that you needed to teach that silly little ricer a good lesson about American displacement?
