Yes, they're target loads, limited to 1 1/8 oz and 3 Dram Equivalent (1,200 fps), and 7 1/2 shot size.
Serious trapshooters shoot tens of thousands of rounds a year.
The pros... even more.

It's all about mounting the gun properly and not letting it get a running start at hurting you.
You learn how to do that with target loads.

It would be silly to practice with those thumping buckshot or slug loads
Shoot a couple just to see, but only once you've learned how to shoot a shotgun without it hurting you.
