ya its a bitch to do but it really does help with it. my front yard has a nice rock garden thing buuuut nobody put a weed barrier down so i either have to pull them or spray to keep them down which im rather lazy about tbh lol.

ya i got lucky when i got my house back in 2020... the prices was a bit more then i was wanting for the size of house but it was recently renovated with a lot of stuff plus a garage behind the house. privacy fence and all that fun stuff. the ac unit is old af but it still works!

Good shit. We're always watching for opportunities for refinancing. We're also considering renting this house out as well with our property/facility management experience.

Ours had the appearance of renovation, but it was the landlord special. We've slowly been correcting things.
