    Yeah we’re up out of the basement, it’s east of us. It touched down about 20 mile’s from us, there’s damage , local news has interrupted programming, no film yet. Dog slept right through it.

    Good evening everyone. I had to run out after work to fill the Taco, get a few more grocery items and a few plastic drop clothes from Lowes. I have a tasty pot of Ramen noodles with some chunks of a rotisserie chicken and some frozen veggies cooking in a pot for dinner. I like to call it " bachelor stew".

    so i coworker of mine likes to send me emails asking me to do stuff 911/red alert/hair on fire emergency. for just about anything and 99% of the time its not an emergancy
    i've asked her before to message me on teams if she needs something ASAP as I dont check my email while I'm working on a project and only check emails inbewtween working on things. keeps my brain focused on what i'm doing and i make less mistakes.
    so she sent me an email yesterday. and i didn't see it until about 455pm so i didnt have time to do what she wanted me to do and she was mad. i reminded her that i have lots of things to do and dont sit here all day watching my inbox.
    so today she messages me on teams
    her: did you get my email?
    me: did the email require a response from me?
    her: yes
    me: and did you get a response from me?
    her: no
    me: so..... (waiting for her to put 2 and 2 together)
    her: *crickets*
    me: *checks email* theres like 8 messages from her. so.... which one are you referring to?
    her: all of them
    me: there cant be 8 emergencies. we've only be at work 15 minutes. I think you dont understand what an emergency is
    her: well can you answer the questions or not
    me: not my problem, not my problem, waiting on coworker x, waiting on customer, not my problem, not my problem, waiting on you and not my problem
    her: well can you do anything about it or not.
