    Not sure I can avoid that stop, nearly exactly halfway between Zion and Yellowstone.. Unless Logan or Provo worth the stop? Though id rather be further north than Provo. Don’t want any 10+ hour driving days by driving straight through either

    I always stop in Provo rather than SL if I'm driving from AZ to MT, which I used to do a lot. But it's nothing to write home about. There's some official state camping

    You could cut east on 80 to Evanston and then north past Bear Lake. Be much more scenic.

    I should say cut on 189 from Provo but that's up to you. Honestly I hate I15 through SLC Metro area with a passion. Usually it's a necessary evil based on my time constraints on where I'm going but given the time I would steer clear.
