A couple of shirts and a new Brembo 17RCS Corsa Corta master cylinder. Hoping to have it installed for the track day in July.

I used to be a weekend warrior, partying Fri-Sun. Cut that out almost entirely about a year ago, it's wild how much money is saved when you aren't blowing it on weekends drinking/barhopping/impressing women

Now I just dump money into the hobbies that will impress men

Same, and we bow hunt together.

Tire toys showed up today. Was all ready to 3d print some mounts for these under the top case rack, and noticed they fit here. Like perfectly. Air compressor is on the other side.

Thought this was gonna stay in the garage.

And it fit perfectly under the seat, behind the plastic, there was even a space for the curve.

Maybe not. I’m looking at the box and this is clearly someone else’s returned item. This wasn’t advertised as an open box item, so I’m going to email them to see what the deal is. If I shell out money for a premium product, I don’t want some else’s return.

That's annoying. I'd want a new replacement as well, as it's a master cylinder.

Maybe partial refund if it was never used, just opened? But I wouldn't blame you for wanting a brand new one altogether.

    That's awesome.

Always nice when you can fit more stuff in the tail lol. Have you considered putting something soft in between the frame and the Tusk tool? Idk if there'd even be room as it looks pretty tight, but might help negate any premature wear from the tool vibrating on the frame. IDK how much you care lol

Somewhat concerned actually, the micro vibe will destroy the coating pretty quick.
I'll try and slip a piece of rubber tubing over the iron or something like that.

They got back to me super quick asking for a picture. So, I opened the box and found what might be the PO’s screwdriver? lol

EDIT: it actually comes with it lol

It's a small screwdriver for adjusting the piston to fulcrum distance as it's adjustable on this model. Turns out it comes with it. They say it's not unusual for them to open them up to inspect them and ensure authenticity. Everything looks present and the hardware isn't opened. Threads all look in new condition so I'm inclined to believe them.

Hm that's promising at least, would make sense it came with it then. You'd think they could package it up a little better if that's standard practice for them lol.

definitely looks untouched, so that tracks. You gonna keep it?

As soon as I bought the tool set I took it home and started checking bits against fasteners on the FJR. Anything that wasn't of use on my bike came out. This narrowed it down to only needing one of the 3 rows for hex bits and that's the shortest of the rows. I considered the hex drive sockets and quickly dismissed them. The only sizes of any use on my bike would be the 8,10, and 12mm sizes. I watched at the local flea market and bought Craftsman USA made 1/4" drive sockets and put them in the kit. The 8mm can nest inside the 12mm socket and only the 10mm sits loose then. I saved all the other odd bits and left them at home. I realize they may help someone else but my primary concern is to have what I need to fix my bike. I also figured those hex drive sockets are not all that common but almost any hardware or auto store will likely have 1/4" drive sockets should I break or lose one.

Yeah, I'm gonna keep it. I've never had any issues with ordering from them. He also offered to send a return label if I wanted to return it.
