Brief rattle on hot starts

2012 4.0 85k sometimes when it sits for a while and when turn it on it makes a quick rattle maybe like a 1-2 secs. If I turn it off then on it won’t happen again. Just when warm and after it sits for an hour or so. Do not notice it on cold starts. Looks like when the oil is warm and drained all the way to the oil pan.
I have been occasionally noticing it since it had like 35-40k. The dealer back then couldn’t reproduce it and was told it is possibly normal oil starvation at start and many Toyotas do it. I was also told
That it’s possible due the oil filter valve (I always used Toyota).
The reason my OCD is kicking in now because a friend heard it the other day and told me that it is the chain tensioner.
Anyone experienced something like this?

First guess, without hearing it, is VVT rattle.

 

"normal oil starvation at start".. hmmmmmmmmmmm.

My 2014 4.0L has 80K on it (I've owned it since 60K, about 3.5 years) and I've never heard a start-up rattle under any climate condition (20ºF, resting overnight, up to 100ºF heat) or engine state, i.e. warm, cold, hot, etc.

Could be heat shield?
