Picked up a white '24 TRD OffRoad Premium...put 33's on. Love it!

All the turbo 4 naysayers really need to test one. I forgot all about the V6's within 5 minutes of driving mine!

 

I literally just said those exact words to someone like 5 minutes ago. Coupled with that new 8 speed tranny. Definitely a winner. I’d never go back.

 

Finally saw a couple in the wild. Black doesn't work for this truck. Any other color that contrasts or complements the color black makes this truck look totally badass. Best looking truck regardless of size.

 

Agreed…I think the silver looks good, too…

Yes. That was the other color I saw. First time silver made me drool.

 

And I’ve never been a fan of red trucks…but that Inferno color looks good on the TRD OffRoad…

 

Also, there is not a bad angle on this truck. On my 3G, there are angles where it kinda looks goofy. They way they angled the 4G body panels, it looks amazing at any angle.

 

Yeah although they are definitely pricey…Toyota definitely hit a home run with this Taco…I’ve owned pretty much every generation since the mid 90s…it’s literally the best vehicle I’ve ever owned.

 

I think the white looks so much better on the Offroad's and Sport's compared to the SR5. They had a blue crush, underground, and white SR5's at my dealer. I picked the underground, even though it seems it's overplayed. Now I just have to wait for some OR wheel take-offs to start popping up

 

Yeah it’s the contrast that does it for me…Stormtrooper look lol…

That Underground will look killer with some wheels…

 

I think bumping the tires up from 245's to 265's is going to be the first step. The Firestones that the SR5's come with are 'meh' at best. We'll see how they do in snow.

 

Yeah the right size tire makes a yuuuuuuuuge difference…

 

As a 2nd gen white taco owner .. watch your paint . I'm hoping they fixed it... I've had to paint every panel of my 2015.. beautiful truck and I'd still get white over any other color... congratulations!

 

Don't forget the turbo will blow within 10k miles, the front axle will break when you off road it, it's screen is too big, it has a removable speaker and no power seats which is a dealbreaker. My wittle wee wee won't allow me to buy a 4cyl truck and I won't own a truck without at least a V6 ... Oh the horror!!

That 14” screen is heaven.
The sound is simply amazing.
I’ve owned every Taco since the mid 90s and those old trucks don’t touch this one in any category whatsoever.
Toyota has been building turbos and hybrids forever…
I don’t off-road it so even if that’s true it’s irrelevant to me and if it does happen my 125K 6 year Toyota warranty will cover it.

All non-issues even if they’re accurate…

 

Nice looking rig! I’m just happy they finally made a 4 door that doesn’t look like a Subaru Baja. Although not sure I’ll forgive them for killing my beloved access cab.
