Hood swap (yes I know)

I know there’s already a thread for this but I can’t post in it yet. I also posted in the TW group on FB but that was taken down too.

I’m looking to swap my black TRD sport hood for a non sport.

Located in the York/Harrisburg/Lancaster PA area

 

Just get your count up OP. You have a scooped hood. You'll have no problem trading for a flat one.

 

Rules are meant to be bent (or broken).

It's a dumb rule. Just keep posting on random threads. Seems to me that if you went to a mod to prove that you are real that they could make an exception, but unfortunately it will fall on deaf ears. Good luck with your swap. I personally hate the fake scoop myself so I know how you feel. Lucky for you we are the minority so you will probably have no problem finding someone.

The OP is doing this because there is a post count that you have to hit before you can post in that section. I'm assuming that someone thought that you could deter the 'Viagra' and 'Cialis' scammer spammers by requiring this. Not really sure it if works, but for a new legitimate member who subscribes to the believe to read more and post less, it is a bit of a drag not being able to get into that section. Unfortunately, when your posts are removed, your post count decreases as well making it even harder to hit that number.

If I remember correctly, the off topic section doesn't count toward your count. So you are stuck bouncing from thread to thread trying to be as discrete as possible to get the count up without looking like you are a troll. Seems to me that someone that joined 4 years ago would be trusted to post in that section. As you can tell, I suffered through this years ago.

Yeah I don’t do a ton of posting as you can tell lol I try to stick to reading for the answers. I’m doing my best to try and reply to threads without spamming lol.

 

I love my scoop would never trade it for a non scoop hood. It is a Sport it comes with it. When comes time to sell it, you won't be able to say it is a Sport. just saying

 

I mean technically it’s still a sport lol. I don’t like the scoop because, although marginal, it does block my line of vision on the trails.

 

Same here. I prefer to only post when I have something valuable to add to the discussion.
