looking for a quad

    port and polish intake manifold, supercharger, pulley for charger, lifted, tires, deckplate, (doing full engine build)
    im looking for a quad for my girlfriend. there is no way i want her on a bike cause shes super little and i know when she falls she will be scared.

    so what is a good quad for a 5' 4" 100 lbs girl?

    i want a 2x4 for sand and trail riding. and if your selling one hit me up.

    Can she shift gears??? If not, I would say go with like a suzuki ltz250. Has an auto clutch seperate front and rear brakes as well as a combined brake. If she can shift it opens up your options. You can get her a yamaha raptor 250 or 350, being that she is only 100lbs, I would say she would have a blast on the 250!!!

    kawasaki lakota sport. It's a 300 and it has foot shifting without the clutch. Its torquey though and fun to ride.

    she can shift. ive put her on my bike and she can do it i just know she's gonna eat shit in the sand on a bike and i dont want her crying or getting hurt.

    Relentless Armored! Too many others to list.
    Honda TRX400EX from 05+.
    They're the newer styled ones with reverse but the rest of the machine is the same as it was from 99 so there are tons of parts around and a lot of aftermarket support. Plus those old hondas run forever with basic maintenance!
    You should be able to find one for like $2500 too

    Yamaha Raptor 250.... it's lightweight (great for someone your wife's size). From what I've read, it's the most fun to ride out of all the 250s. Quite a bit of aftermarket support out there for them. Also it has a clutch/manual transmission.

    I'd go with the 250... don't even consider the 350, it's just a really old Yamaha design (the Warrior) with some new bodywork over it. Handles awful. Go with the 250 IMO.

    And this is coming from a guy who rides two Honda dirtbikes and a Suzuki 450 sport quad!

    ummm yeah
    had an "00 and could not blow it up....or the clutch

    to this day it runs like a purring kitten at idle and has every bit of power it had when new....

    my buddy has it now and i swear to god it is bulletproof....it has stood the testament of time!!!!!!!!!!

    alot of metal, small engine, decent travel.
    caged, camburg long travel, 50t leafpack (soon to be installed) light rack over cab, 5pt harnesses etc
    get her a honda 400ex. they are great bikes. not alot of power, but has enough to get the job done. a smaller person can ride it. they are tanks, do not break very easily.

    alot of people are suggesting the 400ex (trx400ex) so ii would gon with this bike. i have found a couple really cheap ones. like a 2000 for 1200 near me!

    I've got my 05 YFZ450 for sale. I'm quite a ways from you and it might be a little more machine than you want for her. It is all stock, I have aluminum skids for the A arms and swing arm, and alba full nerf bars and paddles and smoothies on seperate wheels. I'm asking $3,500 if you're interested.
