I asked my wife what might be the cause of low potassium and she said without knowing more information, it's pretty much impossible to guess. One thing she did mention was drinking a lot of water can flush electrolytes out. But one gallon isn't enough to do that. You'd need to drink A LOT.

On a side note, does your bossman have any succession plans for himself? Could that be you (if you wanted it)?

 

I'm aware of hyponatremia and knew I shouldn’t be drinking enough to cause it but I’m slowly figuring out strange things seem to happen as you get older lol.

 

I don't know if he does or not, I have no desire to own/run this company, too much paperwork and headache for me to take on that role (one reason we sold the store)

Looks good. But as Will said I'd recommend digging around those steps on both sides to pour a pad of some sort. If you leave the steps with earth to wood contact, those bottom steps will rot out in a few short years.

I don't think this surprises any of us who have been watching your posts for a while. The freedom you appear to have at your job can be priceless.

 

I sent him a message and he sent me another offer. Starting off at $2.50 an hour more than I make now and 2 weeks vacation from the start. He was offering me one week. Time to think again, lol.
