I noticed. Works kicking my ass right now and for the foreseeable future. Going to escape to the mountains this weekend of the weather allows. Go shoot some guns and try to just find some peace. What's new in Jaxons world?

 

Going for a masters now, I graduated last spring with my bachelors

1/5 of the way there

 

Work is also kicking my ass a lil, so many new rules to catch up on, reports and other projects.

Probably gonna take the week before memorial off, camp and relax before my next semester

 

that way my truck can let me down one last time

Some days I get close to just selling everything, quit my job and live life on the road for a couple years... Just don't have an end game after that that stalls me.

 

Find a remote civil job, definitely something I'll be looking at after I get a few years under my belt

 

You might be able to do it if you are compelling blogger... I know that takes some of the fun out of it but it also makes it financially viable if you catch on.

 

I'm running another 50K race this weekend...looking forward to some campings though. My weekends are often filled with long runs prepping for that 50 miler in June again...silly monkey.

 

I would rather find something part time remote to fill the gaps. But reality is I will just keep grinding for now and see where I end up on this current path.

 

I'm walking the tightrope of trying to earn more money before I start spending a lot of it on therapy for depression. Got to hit the crossover point just right you know

 

Feel you there weather here has been cold windy and raining so hopefully with it turning the next couple days will help me get out more and back into a groove. Been just spinning my wheels so to speak, getting fed up with it

Of course. Need to change the oil in the van and replace the steering stabilizer as it's puking. Somehow I feel it's gonna be an annual thing as this will be #2 already... Need to move days around I had the Thursday and Friday off but sounds like I need to swap that Thursday for the Tuesday to better meet your timeline which is no problem.

 

I work that Thursday but Mike and I will probably leave from here and camp somewhere along the way to arrive nearish to Monte on Friday. I'm supposed to work Tuesday but if need be I'll fudge it

 

I heard you were catching a bit of a cough that day....

I plan to head to red rock lakes that Thursday after work. We can try to link up on the way to Monte's but not sure if that'll happen. Ordering a ham tonight for the trip. Reminds me, I need to figure out why my inverter isn't inverting. Powers on but no charger.

 

Get that part time remote job now and put the extra money into something cool
