My problem is stuff with saturated fat. Sure, loaded with protein, but that fat will get ya. Also portion control, that's a big one

 

I don't mess around when it comes to donuts.

 

My biggest problem is I swear my stomach doesn't have an off switch.

Unfortunately eating has always been the one thing I was really good at -- add in the fact that my standards are low -- a deadly diet combination.

I’d pass on any offers from this guy unless it’s a game changer. Even then, that one week vacation would stick in my head….

Training 2 people I get little time to do my stuff.

 

Having a good boss that respects employees, and gives them as much benefits and paid that they can afford without jeopardizing the company’s future is better than more money with a boss that may not care about home life and your family’s well being.

The dog is still a semi-frequent visitor. Had her for a week and a half and she'll be back next week.

I appreciate everyone's feedback about my job situation, still got a lot of thinking and talking to do.

 

I spy with my little eye............a Lincoln tombstone welder. That is what I learned to weld with at 10 years old. Dad still has it, rarely used now.

I had one and never used it and since I have a portable stick welder, I sold the Lincoln.

 

Those welders were the stable of many garages many years ago. Know a retired master plumber and while visiting his property (think 1mil plus, I think I made the wrong career choice) and right there in his shop one of those old Lincoln welders.

Never got to use one of those. Got to learn stick on a 480v Miller machine. Spoiled me for sure

 

I have a friend who has a plumbing business, he's pretty well off too

When I got the Miller Bobcat and learned it welds so much better than the Lincoln because of more power, that was a no brainer

 

It's kinda weird when you think about it, how we don't know each other, but we share things here that we probably don't even tell our real life buddies.

I also am considering a job switch. I should know today or tomorrow whether the supe is going to fill the slot or drop the req. I've prayed about it, dotted my i's and crossed my T's...
