Yeah. Thankfully, the CT scan showed "uncomplicated" diverticulitis. Still waiting to see an actual gastroenterologist. I still have soreness in the sigmoid after all this time, so I'm thinking the OR is where I may end up, unfortunately. Glad to hear it helped your wife's case.

I prefer my meals to be higher in nutritional value than fat food can offer.

I remember my buddy from Cali hyping up in and out like crazy, and when I went out there and tried it, it was the same as mcdonalds

 

I never thought it was like McDonalds but they do remind of the old drive-in restaurants like Bob's Bigboy and A&W. And, yes, I am old! LOL

The fries are offensively bad, but at least they are consistent.

 

I love Lotaburger much more than In-N-Out. I can actually taste the toppings, beef, bacon, the fries and the drinks.

Just down the alley from my dad's office since at least 1972 when he moved in there was Whata, no, Lota, no A-Burger. Largest radius on any burger I have ever had. You walk up to this 5'6" steel counter, some lady looks down at you and asks what you want. She uses a magic marker and writes your order on your bag, then you and the order slide down the line. Pickled Jalapeno's hanging on a rack in plastic bags.

There are 43 Whataburgers in AZ. AZ can also have all of the TX Whataburgers (dry burger with no flavor and cold buns).

I miss a SoCal Tommy Burger.
