Sad, but didn't even have a sip yet. My week is so screwed up I clearly have no idea what day it is

 

Oof I am there myself. Somehow my employer seems to think that I can spend 6 hours in training and still do my 8 hour a day job at the same time. I can't concentrate on the training and help customers at the same time! LOL

Ha! I had to look at my phone and make sure I wasn’t off on my days! I just posted on another board about Taco Tuesday…came here and I’m seeing Weller Wednesday!

And like you…a week it’s been already and I thought to myself…self…time for big strong pour!

I only have Weller Green label....as low rent as it is, does that mean I can participate, or do I have to send nekked pictures of my ex to make up for my shortfall?

fable and folly was almost 2 years ago, it’s actually a really nice pour. I have an open on the shelf, happy to send sample if he hasn’t had it yet. Otherwise he’s gonna have to hit secondary or get lucky at an old shop

 

Did a side by side with these two, and really having a hard time picking up on differences. I’ll need to pour again and pay more attention because these are to me, pretty dang close. I think I get a touch more oak from the 46, but again….I need to do this while not FaceTiming with my daughter I guess but I do enjoy both and as much as I have enjoyed the BEP, really nice being able to grab the 46 at all times!

 

Ok that is good to know. I am guessing he tried it while in Lexington a few years ago with his fiancé and her family. I truly appreciate your offer to share a bit. He can find it if he wants it that bad.

 

Jim Beam Extra Aged is a very good, modestly priced, sipping whiskey. However, 4 Roses Single Barrel is about as good as it gets for me. I love a good sour mash bourbon most of all the whiskey/whiskys out there.

 

Damn you Total Wine in Denver, and Bubbles store picks in Castle Rock!

 

I'll be interested to hear how that Dexter store pick is. I've seen it there a few times now, but haven't pulled the trigger.
