The stock rubber rad support bushings were shot so I decided to install energy sus poly bushings. Install was pretty straight forward but now I notice a squeak when going over bumps or on gravel roads. Anyone else experience this or is there some kind of remedy. I was contemplating taking them apart and put thin plastic discs between the metal and bushings.

Did you use ES grease before install? I know from reading a bazillion suspension posts poly will squeak if not greased. Don't use petroleum grease, use any silicon based grease. A spraydown of silicon spray lubricant might do it.
