One of the dogs came in about 3:30 this morning and woke me up shivering. It was just in time for the light show we had a gully washer for about 15/20 minutes there with flash and bangs within a couple seconds of each other. But as far as I know everything is fine I probably need to scrape some roads but my phone hasn’t been blowing up so it’s probably nothing big I hope.

Good morning all. Lots of severe weather and tornadoes in this part of the country last night. We had severe thunder storms and moderate winds, but nothing worse, thankfully.

    Hope everyone is safe today.

I have been on Lisinopril for about a year now. I also have a dry cough, never thought anything about it until my wife mentioned that is a known wide effect of the drug.

Can see the peaks from my place but about an hours drive. Sometimes I wish I lived closer to the Missions.

@Cwopinger low potassium will mess with you like that. Magnesium as well. I take a daily dose of mag but my potassium has been good thru diet. Of course my wife could be mistaken for a monkey with all the bananas she buys us! Amazing how all those things play together and affect the heart.
PVCs for the most part are benign. Most people have them. Its when they start stringing together that it becomes an issue. Blood isn't perfusing like it should and starts pooling where it shouldn't.
Take care and keep an eye on it but wouldn't worry too much if your docs think you're ok.

A little of this and a little of that.
    Good afternoon

Storms rolling through here. Been in a tornado watch since this morning. Seems the worst of it is going North of me.

Glad that everyone has checked in safe with the storms and tornados the last few days.

Good thoughts for you and your Doctor to get your meds sorted.

    Thanks everybody.

It will get sorted ... I hope. Running out of BP meds to try.

Its just frustrating to have to sit still. An hour or 2 is one thing or a bad day... But endless sitting with nothing being done just makes me furious & that just makes everything worse.

Number wise it came down enough that I can drive, but headache wise its still there.
Took Browser to RK & let him socialize with all the kids & old people. He's happy. Got his truck ride, popcorn & treats, now he's taking his afternoon nap.

He's living the dream for sure.

Yeah its weird.. really liked how I felt on the Lisinopril & didn't care much about the cough.
But it just quit working overnite at that certain frame & that was that.

She did tell me there is a new BP med in final clearances that will hit the market in July. They claim its the first totally new BP med in 20 years. Maybe that will be "the one" for all of us.

I'm still stupid when it comes to ACE vs Calcium vs the other things & why we get which one we do.
They don't really explain that stuff in a language hillbillys can understand.

All I know is I'm not allowed Lisinopril anymore & Losartin made me very unwell.
We roll on to the next thing. 2 more tries then we either back up or give up & crawl in a hole.

Yeah I think that Val one is the one she wants to try next.
