Sometimes the opinion of a neutral third party can throw light on a dark situation, sometimes just talking (or venting) helps you see the answer for yourself.

I'm here most every day if you fellows ever need an ear -

had my @$$ kicked by life multiple times over the years...

Seriously, I'm here if needed. :fistbump:

Well you're doing life sized ones today! Great job on those axles! I guess I meant to point out you have a lot of freedom at the current job that you may not get at a new one. And it's none of my business really but a few bucks more an hour isn't everything. If it was $10 plus more an hour then you'd have some serious thinking to do.

:amen:, I was thinking of saying something like that; you put the content in a much better presentation. :hattip:
I had a job as journey man mechanic of a trucking remote location and I quit that job to work for a bus company; I lost my freedom which I didn’t realize that I had until I needed it one day.

Does maintenance have an electric leaf blower you can borrow? I use one to dust the house every now and then. :anonymous:

Not my computer. It was one I was replacing. The new one is on the desk instead of the floor.

I have cleaned out plenty with the air compressor, though.

Hey, I am quoting my own post because I thought of something and posts go way too fast here!
I think the people here are okay with people venting and posting personal thoughts because...
Most people here are receptive to listening for some reason.
I got to thinking about it today (how many people in real life can you talk to about anything) and I came back with 1 besides my wife. I cannot tell my wife everything because she is not a guy. She can listen and smile but she has no idea, rightly so, about the trials and tribulations of being a traditional man in today's world. I talk to her about the challenges of getting old and we have deep conversations about it, but, I also have thoughts, questions and comments on other topics like the challenges of being a man too.
I have one friend where I can talk about anything. He is a good listener and he is brutal if he thinks I am just having the "poor pitiful me's) what we call feeling sorry for yourself. He helps but also is a part time friend. Gone for weeks and pops in for a few days virtually. So, I keep it to myself or talk to you guys.
I just think most of us here are good at this for some reason.

Its an unwritten man law i guess. I got one buddy from my active duty days that basically like the brother i never had. We could not talk for years and come back like it was yesterday. Few friends like that in a lifetime. If you have more than one like that consider yourself very blessed

City cleanup week so I put out the dented Traeger barrel and scratched lid. Any bets as to if they will still be there in the morning?
